It is the very first manufacturer in China specialized in developing and producing large displacement motorcycles and engines from 350cc to 950cc. The total investment for this joint venture is RMB 210,000,000; the registered capital is RMB 120,000,000, and the annual sales income is approximately RMB 500,000,000.

     Luoyang Northern Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. is a large arsenal group founded in late 1960s. As one of the first 19 pilot motorcycle enterprises nationwide, it started to produce "Luojia" brand series motorcycles at the end of 1983. In 1992, Luoyang Northern Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. and Thailand Charoen Pokphand Group have founded a joint venture company "Luoyang Northern Ek Chor Motorcycle Co., Ltd." to produce "Dayang" brand series motorcycles. The Nya Sweden Highland Motors AB is a R&D company focus on research and develop motorcycles. It maintains its leading place in the world in the fields of fuel injection, multi-valve, water-cooled application, light weight, etc. The technologies of producing 950ml, 750ml, 450ml, 350ml engines as well as three 950ml models, OUTBACK, MOTARD, ALLROAD, which are used as technology shares for Luoyang Luojia Highland Motors Co., Ltd. by Nya Sweden Highland Motors AB, have passed EEC approval.

     Luoyang Luojia Highland Motors Co., Ltd. now has over 1300 employees with more than 200 engineers and technicians. For these engineers and technicians, more than 60 persons own senior job title, nearly 100 persons own middle level job title.
